Over the past exhibition season, the DONSIN team from Jinan Dongxin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has met thousands of fabricators, system integrators, and automotive-component buyers at the industry's leading domestic and international shows — from Hannover Messe in Germany to the Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair in China.
What we heard on the show floor is consistent: buyers are no longer shopping for a robotic arm. They are shopping for a welding system that arrives ready to weld, is easy to move between workstations, requires no skilled programmer to teach it, and is backed by a real warranty. That is exactly what the DONSIN RW collaborative welding series and RA gantry welding series are built to deliver.

We keep a standing presence at the shows where welding and automation buyers actually source equipment. Below are the flagship events on our 2025–2026 calendar, with the official links so you can plan your own visit:

Four product messages resonated the most on the exhibition floor.
The DONSIN RW series (including the RW-Smart and RW-Pro) is a 6-axis collaborative welding robot built for MIG / MAG / CO₂ / mixed-gas arc welding. With payloads from 5 kg up to 20 kg, safety-rated joints, and no safety cage required, a welder can work side-by-side with the robot — exactly the "human-robot interaction, collaborative symbiosis" tagline printed on our booth wall.
Every RW unit is delivered on a mobile wheeled cart with the welding power source, wire feeder, and controller pre-integrated. One operator can move the cell between bays, load it into a container for site work, or relocate it when production lines change. Heavy fixed weld cells are no longer the default.
Buyers consistently asked: "Do I need a robot programmer?" The answer is no. DONSIN's teaching-free / hand-guided jog technology lets an experienced welder drag the torch through the seam once and let the robot repeat it. Multi-mode arc handling covers straight, circular, and corner welds out of the box — directly addressing the global shortage of skilled welders.
Every DONSIN welding robot is sold as a complete welding system — robot, torch, welder, wire feeder, cart, and software — and ships with a 2-year extended whole-machine warranty and CE certification (ICR/VC/UA260910). You deal with one manufacturer, one service call, one point of responsibility.
For structural steel, pressure vessels, and big fabrications that a cobot cell cannot reach, the DONSIN RA gantry / rail-mounted welding robot is purpose-built. We also engineer custom welding cells — positioners, external walking axes, laser-tracking, and turnkey integration — around your part, not the other way around.

DONSIN (Jinan Dongxin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) is a Jinan-based manufacturer of collaborative robot welding systems and laser cleaning equipment. As of today:
· 30+ countries and regions served worldwide
· 3,000+ units delivered annually
· 2-year extended whole-machine warranty
· Applications: automotive components, steel structures, agricultural machinery, metal surface cleaning
Q1. What is a collaborative welding robot? A collaborative welding robot (cobot welder) is a 6-axis robot arm designed to weld alongside human operators without a safety cage, using force-limited joints and hand-guided programming. The DONSIN RW series is an example for MIG/MAG arc welding.
Q2. How much does a mobile welding robot cost? DONSIN collaborative welding cells start in the range of US$14,000–$35,000 depending on payload (5/10/20 kg), welding process, and custom options. Contact us for an exact quote.
Q3. Can DONSIN customize a welding robot for my specific part? Yes. DONSIN engineers turnkey custom welding cells, including gantry RA systems, external walking rails, positioners, and laser seam tracking.
Q4. Is the DONSIN welding robot CE certified? Yes. DONSIN collaborative welding robots hold CE certification (ICR/VC/UA260910) for export to the EU.
Q5. Do I need a skilled robot programmer to operate it? No. DONSIN's teaching-free / hand-guided jogging lets a trained welder program the seam by dragging the torch once.
Q6. Where can I see a DONSIN welding robot in person? DONSIN exhibits at Hannover Messe, automatica Munich, SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN Essen, FABTECH, IMTS, the Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair, WRC Beijing, and CIIF Shanghai.
