How to Choose the Right Collaborative Welding Robot

Choosing a welding robot requires manufacturers to evaluate workpiece size, weld length, robot reach, payload, welding process, positioning accuracy, cycle time, and available floor space.

The DONSIN RW Series offers multiple configurations. RW-3 provides a 622 mm working radius, RW-5 offers 922 mm, and RW-10 provides a 1,400 mm working radius. Their corresponding effective welding sizes are up to approximately 1,100 mm, 1,800 mm, and 2,600 mm respectively.

The right robot should be selected according to the actual welding application rather than simply choosing the largest model.
