Collaborative robot welding combines collaborative robotics with industrial welding technology to automate repetitive welding operations.
Unlike conventional industrial robot cells that often rely on fixed safety zones, collaborative robots are designed to support more flexible human-machine interaction. The DONSIN RW Series includes built-in safety functions that can automatically stop or slow the robot when human contact is detected, subject to application-specific safety assessment and applicable standards.
During operation, the workpiece is positioned and the welding path is taught through the robot interface. The robot can then execute the programmed welding process consistently.

The RW Series supports functions including weld seam tracking, oscillating welding, arc tracking, welding interruption recovery, and multi-layer/multi-pass welding.
These capabilities make collaborative welding robots suitable for flexible manufacturing and a wide range of industrial welding applications.
